About the Role
FREE EAGLE CONTRACTING AND GENERAL TRANSPORT seeks a CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage internal systems, CRM administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, and marketing coordination within a real estate environment.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage employee CRM accounts with correct roles and permissions
- Create and manage communities within the CRM; assign and reassign leads to sales agents and HR
- Monitor lead history, track agent activity, update lead stages, and ensure data accuracy
- Create and manage professional email accounts for agents; deactivate accounts for leaving employees
- Onboard new employees into CRM, email systems, and workflows; train new hires on CRM usage
- Handle employee exit process including access removal and lead reassignment
- Assist in developer registrations and maintain updated developer lists
- Manage property portal listings and optimize exposure
- Handle Meta Ads Manager, Ad Accounts, and Leads Center
- Manage Super Agent / True Broker verification processes
- Apply for Madhmoun advertising permits
- Integrate marketing campaign forms with CRM systems
Requirements
- Highly organized and tech savvy
- Experience with CRM systems and user management
- Experience with email administration (e.g., Hostinger)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Leads Center
- Familiarity with property portal listings and Madhmoun advertising permits

Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and tech savvy CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage internal systems, employee onboarding/offboarding processes, CRM administration, and marketing coordination within a real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Create/manage employee CRM accounts, ensure access control, create/manage communities, assign/reassign leads, monitor lead history, update lead stages, import lead data, provide CRM training.
- Email & System Administration (Hostinger): Create/manage professional email accounts, deactivate accounts for leaving employees, maintain email security and password control.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Onboard new employees into CRM, email systems, and workflows; train new hires; handle employee exit process including access removal and lead reassignment.
- Developer & External Coordination: Assist in developer registrations, maintain updated developer lists, track status of pending registrations and approvals.
- Marketing Support: Manage property portal listings, handle Meta Ads Manager, Ad Accounts, and Leads Center, manage Super Agent/True Broker verification, apply for Madhmoun advertising permits, integrate marketing campaign forms with CRM.
