- Qualify prospects and convert enquiries into sales through consultative selling

- Manage stock levels and assist with merchandising to present products effectively
- Handle customer concerns and complaints courteously, escalating when necessary
- Participate in product training to sustain current knowledge and competence
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives as directed
- Provide feedback from customers to inform product development or service improvements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational and service standards
