Transport In-Charge – Dubai
Full-Time | Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a fleet of 80 vehicles, including trucks and cars.
- Manage and supervise the company’s daily transport and fleet operations.
- Plan vehicle schedules, routes, driver assignments, pickups, and deliveries.
- Supervise drivers and ensure punctuality, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, registration, and documentation.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with UAE traffic laws, safety standards, and RTA regulations.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle usage, GPS tracking, and transport-related expenses.
- Handle vehicle breakdowns, accidents, repairs, and other emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, fines, and expenses.
- Coordinate with garages, workshops, suppliers, and other transport service providers.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and operational costs.
Requirements
- Experience in transport, fleet management, or logistics, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
- Experience managing a
large fleet of 80+ vehicles
will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and RTA regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple drivers and vehicles efficiently.
- UAE driving license is Mandatory.
