The employer is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the aluminium and façade industry.
The role is based in the UAE and focuses on managing façade projects from planning through site execution and handover.
Key Requirements
- Proven UAE experience in aluminium and façade projects.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing, cladding, aluminium doors and windows, and related façade systems.
- Experience in project planning, site execution, client and consultant coordination, and project handover.
- Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, project schedules, and multiple projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant UAE façade industry experience will be considered.
Compensation
- The stated salary is AED 14,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate aluminium and façade projects.
- Oversee project site execution and coordinate activities with clients and consultants.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors.
- Manage project schedules across multiple projects.
- Coordinate project handover activities.
