Golden Tower Metal Industries LLC is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Dubai.
The role requires customer care experience in the aluminium and façade industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate customer requirements with project, sales, production, and site teams.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project or work status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the aluminium, glass, and façade industry in the UAE is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Have strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Have good knowledge of MS Office.
- Be professional, organized, and customer-focused.
Salary
- The stated salary is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
