About the Role
Renova 360 is seeking an experienced Transport In-Charge to oversee transportation operations in Dubai. The role involves fleet management, driver supervision, route planning, vehicle maintenance, and compliance within the Construction, Contracting, or Facility Management industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the company's transport fleet
- Plan and allocate vehicles based on operational and project requirements
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE traffic regulations
- Prepare daily vehicle deployment schedules and optimize routes to maximize efficiency
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, and operating costs
- Coordinate transportation for employees, labour camps, project sites, clients, and management
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in excellent condition through preventive maintenance and timely servicing
- Track and renew vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, Salik accounts, parking permits, and RTA requirements
- Investigate vehicle accidents, traffic violations, and transport related incidents and prepare reports
- Monitor driver attendance, behaviour, performance, and driving records
- Conduct driver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions
- Coordinate with workshops, service providers, and vendors for repairs and maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Transport In Charge or Transport Supervisor (Mandatory)
- Experience managing fleets within the Construction, Contracting, Facility Management, or Logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE RTA regulations, Salik, vehicle licensing, insurance, and fleet compliance
- Experience managing drivers, vehicle scheduling, manpower transportation, and route optimization
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and fleet cost control
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and transport reporting systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing fleets of 20+ vehicles (preferred)
- Knowledge of GPS fleet tracking and vehicle monitoring systems (preferred)
- Valid UAE Driving Licence (preferred)

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate should have extensive UAE experience in fleet management, driver supervision, route planning, vehicle maintenance, compliance, and operational coordination within the Construction, Contracting, or Facility Management industry.
- The successful candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and cost effective movement of manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining full compliance with UAE regulations.
