Renova 360 is currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented **Document Controller** for our Facility Management Division.
We are looking for a diligent candidate with strong coordination, reporting, and documentation skills who can effectively support operations and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Supervisors regarding attendance, manpower updates, and operational records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance sheets, reports, and manpower tracking records
- Maintain and organize operational documents, employee records, deployment sheets, and client-related documentation
- Ensure proper document filing, tracking, and version control
- Support Operations and HR teams with reporting and administrative coordination
- Maintain accurate data and ensure timely submission of reports and records
- Follow up with site teams and supervisors for required documentation and updates
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Document Controller in a Facility Management company preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, reporting tools, and documentation software
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to handle operational documentation and multiple tasks efficiently
- Immediate availability preferred
Preferred
- UAE experience in Facility Management industry preferred

- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
