Transmission Engineering Director

• You’ll gain invaluable structural engineering experience .?You’ll lead transmission design on large/complex projects and utilize design software such as PLS- CADD for line design.
• You’ll create design documents and drawings for new transmission line projects ?including specifications, plan and profile drawings, load trees, structure assemblies and details, stringing charts, foundation drawings, staking sheets, generating bills of materials, and applying field mark-ups of project as-built drawings.
• You’ll assign staff to projects , perform group resource leveling to accommodate changes in project workload, and meet project deliverable schedules.
• You’ll communicate and coordinate project activities? with internal team members, you’ll build strong relationships and learn the importance of superior client service, and you’ll interface with vendors with the support of your supervisor. You’ll also assist with Primera’s business development efforts.

Starting salary is between 140,000-180,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
