• You have strong computer skills and are proficient with Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio.
• You have knowledge of contract requirements and process improvements and understand the importance of maintaining project controls and documentation.
• You possess strong organizational and communication skills and can effectively coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• You collaborate well with others and contribute to risk identification, process improvement initiatives, and continuous learning efforts.
• You have 2-5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Analysis, Project Accounting, or related project support functions.
• You have a 4-year degree.

• You’ll support Project Managers and project teams with project coordination activities across Buildings projects.
• You’ll assist in the design and implementation of training programs and support process documentation initiatives.
• You’ll support project management functions including meeting coordination, schedule monitoring, milestone tracking, and report creation.
