Role overview
Support the successful onboarding of Financial Advisors through operational oversight, team leadership, and hands-on transition execution.
Contribute to transition department strategy, performance, continuous improvement, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Team leadership
- Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to Transition Planners and Transition Administrators.
- Mentor and coach team members and assist with performance management, development, and training.
- Support team engagement, productivity, accountability, and quality assurance.
Transition management
- Oversee and participate in Financial Advisor and Agent onboarding.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned transitions and monitor progress for stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, milestones, customized plans, and ongoing advisor communications.
- Coordinate advisor setup, including IT, office setup, approvals, CIRO registration, and insurance requirements.
Process and stakeholder support
- Ensure compliance with operational, technology, and other applicable policies and procedures.
