Role Overview
The Senior Vice President, Correspondent Services will lead the overall business strategy, growth, financial performance, regulatory oversight, client experience, and strategic direction of RJCS.
The executive reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, performance, and growth of RJCS.
- Drive business development across broker, portfolio manager, and institutional channels.
- Maintain executive relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, operational excellence, service delivery, and innovation.
- Sponsor technology modernization and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the leadership team.
- Represent RJCS within the firm and across the Canadian wealth management industry.
