Highlights of Responsibilities
- Identify key knowledge areas, identify subject matter experts, and create structured plans to transfer knowledge to designated recipients
- Utilize various methods to capture critical knowledge, such as documenting processes, creating training materials, conducting interviews with experts, and leveraging knowledge management systems
- Maintain and update a centralized knowledge base, ensuring information is readily accessible, organized, and accurate
- Design and deliver training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills to effectively transfer and utilize knowledge
- Encourage peer-to-peer knowledge sharing by facilitating mentorship programs and cross-functional collaboration initiatives
- Track and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of knowledge transfer initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Promote a culture where employees are encouraged to actively share their expertise and learn from others
- Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance knowledge capture, storage, and retrieval
Minimum Requirements
- Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-12 years of management experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or higher
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
- DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) IT Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)
- GSEC or Security+ certified, or higher
- Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs
