Program Manager (PgM)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a current Project Management Institute Project Management Professional ( PMI/PMP ) certification .
• A minimum of 10-15 years of management experience with a program similar in dollar value, size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this effort.
• A BS/BA in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. An additional year of experience is equivalent to a year of education.
• Possesses an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with IT Service Delivery using an ITIL/ITSM framework similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this effort.
• Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management on projects of a similar size, scope, and complexity to this effort.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading geographically dispersed operations and engineering staff of varying skill levels, in a project environment similar in size and scope as this effort.
• PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Demonstrated experience implementing Service Level Agreements and performance metrics on a contract. Demonstrated experience with the Federal procurement process and familiarity with the administration of all types (fixed price, cost-plus, and time & materiel) contracts. Demonstrated experience with the SDLC process, SAFe Agile principles/ methodologies and experience modernizing the processes procedures and application support environment toward CI/CD or DevSecOps approach. ITIL 4.

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
• May require occasional travel between work centers or to client sites.
• Some after-hours or on-call support may be necessary.
• On-site work in a secure government or contractor facility.
• Must be able to work in a high-security environment and comply with all relevant security protocols.
• Standing for long periods.
• Ambulate throughout an office
• Ambulate between several buildings
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
• Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 30 pounds
• Travel by land or air transportati on 15 %
