The Paralegal – Litigation Support performs a variety of legal administrative tasks to support the attorneys in OGC and/or attorneys in other Agencies handling litigation on behalf of USAID.
The Paralegal – Litigation Support must have extensive experience supporting cases in Federal Courts and/or Administrative forums within the Federal Government.
The incumbent performs legal support functions which require discretion and judgment in the application of specialized knowledge of laws, applicable rules of discovery, precedent decisions, regulations, agency policies, and judicial or administrative proceedings.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in DC office.
