Job Description
Portfolio & Client Support
Support team managing multi-market and single-market client portfolios, including board decks, approvals, tour scheduling, showings, etc.
Assist with portfolio tracking, lease expiration schedules, and pipeline management across assigned accounts.
Marketing & Deliverables
Prepare high-quality client materials including tour books, market summaries, financial comparison tables, and portfolio review decks.
Coordinate with marketing and research teams to produce accurate, client-ready presentations and reports.
Ensure branding, formatting, and data consistency across all deliverables.
Data, Reporting & Systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and transaction management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Assist with portfolio analytics, rent comparisons, and basic financial modeling under broker direction.
Track activity, pipeline metrics, and reporting for internal and client use.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with internal teams including research, finance, legal, marketing, and workplace strategy to support client initiatives.
