About the Role
Lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for construction projects from design through commissioning.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated building systems.
Ensure MEP work meets design intent, quality standards, timelines, safety requirements, and budget targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP planning, design review, and implementation for construction projects.
- Manage site activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, BMS, and other MEP installations.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Review technical submissions, quotations, bills, budgets, and cost estimates, and control overruns through value engineering.
- Plan and validate testing, commissioning, handover documentation, and operation and maintenance manuals.
- Lead MEP engineers and site supervisors, provide technical guidance, and act as the main contact for clients and consultants.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
