About the Role
Supervise and coordinate site execution of MEP works to ensure timely delivery within stipulated cost, quality, and safety requirements.
The role supports hospital and healthcare facility projects involving multiple building services systems.
Responsibilities
- Review design drawings and specifications for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and fire-fighting systems.
- Monitor daily MEP installation work for compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate architects, structural and civil teams, OEM vendors, and specialist contractors to resolve design and interface issues.
- Plan and witness pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
- Maintain progress reports, snag lists, material submittal logs, and as-built documentation.
- Support billing verification and change control related to MEP works.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5–10 years in MEP execution and coordination for hospital or healthcare facility projects.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and medical gas systems.
- Strong understanding of NABH, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local healthcare infrastructure codes.
- Knowledge of critical healthcare areas including operating theatres, ICUs, and isolation zones.
