Develop, coordinate and implement technical training and skills development processes and programs in line with regulatory requirements and the site’s strategic business goals
Oversee and ensure the new hire onboarding process is in place
Perform needs analysis and contribute input to the site training plan
Ownership of LMS strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement
Use of training data to drive decisions (completion rates, competency gaps)
Responsibility for maintaining audit-ready training records
Coordination during internal/external audits
Tracking and updating regulatory training requirements
Manage and lead the site Technical Trainers, SHE Trainer and LMS Administrator to provide support and guidance to ensure training needs are met
Ensure compliance of all technical training and development activities and processes with standards, policies and regulatory requirements
Manage, develop and oversee onsite certification processes
Analyze metrics, feedback and overall training process and recommend improvements
Mentor and develop training personnel and SME’s in material development and delivery
Oversee and coordinate all site training events with the LMS Administrator and other site personnel
Contribute to the development of training policies and procedures and assist with local application
Source external training, learning and development resources and providers to support delivery of training and development plans and programs
Partnership with leadership to build succession pipelines for critical roles
Drive SHE training targets and demonstrate improvements for employees and contractors
Must adhere to the INEOS Pigments Process Safety & Behavioral Safety Principles and Life Saving Rules.

About You
You should possess:
Minimum 10 years’ experience and knowledge in training, learning and development with a minimum of 3 years in a specialist field
Bachelor’s degree in business, Adult Education, or related preferred (associate’s degree with professional training qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience in the chemical industry considered on an exception basis)
Knowledge of learning and development processes, educational and accreditation structures
Knowledge of competency-based evaluations
Sound knowledge and experience of program design and delivery using a wide range of delivery methods, including e-learning, blended learning and action learning techniques.
Proven coaching and facilitation skills
Experience preferred in LMS systems, Training Software Programs and MS Office Products
Knowledge and experience of delivering effective Professional and/or Leadership learning and development programs
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing competency-based technical training programs in a high-hazard, regulated manufacturing environment, with direct linkage to process safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
Training certifications such as DDI, Zenger Miller or Train-the-Trainer desired
Direct experience building or managing training tied to: OSHA (especially PSM if applicable) EPA / environmental compliance
