Learning Design and Competencies

• Conduct structured discussions to identify learning needs, capability gaps and desired business outcomes.
• Design classroom, virtual, self-paced, e-learning and micro-learning solutions for complex Finance, organizational and behavioral topics.
• Maintain competency expectations, competency maps, learning matrices and development pathways across roles, teams and locations.

My Academy and AI

• Coordinate creation, curation, publication and maintenance of Finance Operations content, pathways and curricula in My Academy.
• Support enrolment, assignments, campaigns, completion follow-up and reporting with platform or LMS owners.
• Use available platform insights from Workday, Menti-meter, Canva and Microsoft Forms to identify participation, usage and learning gaps.
• Pilot approved AI tools for drafts, summaries, quizzes, scenarios, learning aids, reporting and content repurposing with human review and documented controls.

Development and Communications

• Design and facilitate professional communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, problem-solving, workplace effectiveness and personal-excellence interventions.
• Coordinate Finance Operations internship and early-career development from orientation through completion.
• Prepare and publish Knowledge Nugget communications and maintain manuals, playbooks, templates and knowledge-transfer resources.
• Coach internal trainers and subject-matter experts through preparation, observation and feedback.

Measurement and Governance

• Track participation, completion, assessment results, feedback, content usage, recurring questions, competency gaps and agreed business measures.
• Prepare updates for senior stakeholders covering outcomes, trends, risks, dependencies and recommended actions.
• Maintain dashboards, content inventories, standard operating procedures, records and version control.
• Coordinate internal contributors, facilitators and external vendors while managing competing priorities.
