The BI Consultant plays a critical role in managing reporting tasks, analyzing data for meaningful trends, and consults with clients on efficient use of various BI tools. They work independently to optimize reporting processes, enhance efficiency, and identify opportunities for business growth. They take on a more strategic role in business development by identifying and nurturing leads, refining proposals, and optimizing the quoting process for BI solutions. They stay up to date on industry trends and collaborate with leadership on new BI product and service development to strengthen client relationships and drive lead generation efforts.

3-6 years of relevant work experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in at least one of the following data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Micro Strategy or similar.
Experience working with AI Productivity tools (Copilot, Chat, Claude, etc.)
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative reporting solutions.
Experience working directly with customers preferred.
Passion for learning and applying new technologies to drive business outcomes for clients.

Builds and maintains positive and collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues – up, down, and across.
Previous experience working with FMCG Retailers or Manufacturers is a plus.
Past experience working with offshore resources a huge plus.
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of $69,800 - $81,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
