Role Overview
Lead and enhance employee development initiatives with a strong focus on competency-based training for UAE Nationals and support the company’s Emiratisation objectives.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering discipline.
- Candidates should have more than 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong expertise in training program development, implementation, and evaluation is required.
- Knowledge of Emiratisation strategies and competency-based training frameworks is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities are required.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and identify employee skill gaps.
- Develop and implement industry-aligned training programs.
- Lead workshops, seminars, and hands-on training.
- Manage and oversee the competency-based training program for UAE Nationals.
- Support strategic Emiratisation initiatives.
- Manage training budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
- Track employee training progress and certifications.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 14,000 per month plus family accommodation.
