Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
- More than 10 years of production engineering experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
- Experience in offshore production operations is required.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas production processes and technologies is required.
- Experience with production optimization and operational excellence initiatives is required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and optimize production operations across offshore fields.
- Develop production plans, schedules, and budgets to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Monitor production targets, analyze performance data, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee emergency response and maintenance activities.
- Drive technology upgrades and digitalization initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Prepare production performance reports for senior management.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 14,000 per month plus family accommodation.
