The role combines field training with performance quality assurance.
The position is based in Riyadh and includes periodic visits to branches.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of specialists, reception staff, call-center staff, and supervisors.
- Evaluate call quality and customer interaction methods.
- Identify performance gaps and analyze their causes.
- Prepare and deliver practical training programs based on identified needs.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Follow up on employees' application of the training they received.
- Measure the impact of training on service quality and performance indicators.
- Document observations and submit periodic reports to management.
- Standardize performance and service-quality criteria across branches.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in training, quality assurance, or performance development.
- Experience in beauty centers or the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate calls and field performance objectively.
- Strong training, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze performance indicators.
- Leadership qualities and ability to provide feedback professionally.
- Willingness to travel and visit branches according to the work plan.
Work Location
- The position is based in Riyadh with periodic branch visits.
