MAISON CARE HS is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to create impactful campaigns in a fast-growing environment.
The role requires creativity, awareness of current trends, and practical experience in the Saudi market.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize return on investment.
- Lead and guide the content and design team to deliver brand-aligned visual identity and marketing messages.
- Study the market and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Follow digital marketing and social media trends and apply innovative ideas.
- Prepare periodic reports, measure performance indicators, and improve results continuously.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, including practical experience in the Saudi market.
- A proven record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, Meta and Google advertising, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- A creative and proactive personality with strong marketing judgment.
