Role Overview
Provide a premium client experience while explaining and selling skin and hair care treatments and products inside the center.
The role requires strong communication and persuasion skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and understand their skin and hair care needs.
- Explain treatments, services, and products in a clear and professional manner.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on each client’s needs.
- Achieve in-center sales targets.
- Follow up with clients and support customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the center team to ensure a high-quality service experience.
Requirements
- Background in pharmacy, medical sciences, or relevant experience in skin and hair care.
- Previous sales or sales representative experience in the skin, hair care, or beauty products sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain products and services simply and professionally.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
