At EBR Systems, we're not imagining the future of cardiac care.
We're building it.
We are the team behind the world's first FDA-approved leadless left ventricular endocardial pacing device for heart failure.
It's a breakthrough that's redefining what's possible, and it's just the beginning.
Based in Silicon Valley, we're advancing the WiSE System, a first-of-its-kind device in cardiac rhythm management.
Your work here has a direct line to patients whose lives depend on what we build.
We hire people who want to solve hard problems and who care about getting it right.
We invest in our people as much as our technology.
Expect a collaborative, transparent culture, real career growth in a fast-moving startup, competitive compensation, equity, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.
If you want your work to matter, EBR is where you belong.
The Training Program Manager owns the processes, systems, and documentation standards that make training and competency management for the WiSE System therapy consistent, auditable, and scalable across both the field/commercial organization and physician education programs.
This role is a recognized subject matter expert in training operations — driving continuous process improvement, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), standardizing certification and competency documentation, and ensuring training records meet quality system and regulatory requirements.
The Training Program Manager partners closely with Training & Education leadership on field and physician program design, scheduling, vendor management, and reporting.
While this role is primarily focused on training operations, process design, and administration rather than direct field delivery, EBR Systems highly values candidates with clinical or technical experience in cardiac device therapy (e.g., Cardiac Rhythm Management, Electrophysiology, or Structural Heart).
A clinical background enables the Training Program Manager to build more accurate, credible training content and to better evaluate the effectiveness of field and physician training programs.
