Support a predictable, AI-enabled learning operations engine across APJ.

Operational focus
- Support systems, not just processes, so APJ training operations scale with clarity, control, and commercial rigor.
- Own or support regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.
- Use automation, analytics, and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.
What we look for
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, sales operations, business operations, enablement operations, or professional services operations within high-growth technology companies.
- Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.
- Strong commercial fluency, including utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline.
- Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.
- Experience operating in matrixed, international environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
- A structured, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability.
