Unison Group is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for intraday liquidity monitoring and Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio reporting.

- The role is hybrid and based in Chennai, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across business, treasury, risk, finance, and technology to understand requirements.
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for intraday liquidity and Basel III LCR reporting.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap analysis between existing systems and target-state architecture.
- Define source-to-target mappings, business rules, and data transformation logic.
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting intraday liquidity monitoring and Basel III LCR reporting.
- Expertise in intraday liquidity monitoring and Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio requirements.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams in financial reporting and data platform initiatives.
