Senior IT Business Analyst - Intraday Liquidity Management

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, scope, and document requirements with business stakeholders and propose feasible solutions.
• Understand end-to-end architecture, implementations, integrations, and liquidity processes with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify business impacts, data gaps, and technology-change requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
• Support the full project lifecycle from analysis and design through testing, migration, implementation, releases, and production support.
• Identify risks, dependencies, impacts, and opportunities for scalable process and technology improvements.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate project status, issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or IT Business Analyst in liquidity, financial markets, payments, cash management, or banking.
• Strong understanding of intraday liquidity management and cash-flow or liquidity processes.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and global liquidity regulatory mandates.
• Experience with data sourcing, data mapping, data lineage, and integrations across multiple data frameworks.
• Experience with system upgrades, transformation, re-engineering, and technology migration initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, communication, and independent delivery capabilities.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on SQL or PL/SQL experience.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, data analysis, and data reconciliation.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience supporting testing, data migration, implementation, and production releases.

Desirable Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP LMS or SAP Liquidity Management.
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud, automation tools, data visualization, or BI tools.
• Exposure to banking platforms, payment systems, treasury, or financial-market applications is desirable.
• Previous software development experience is an advantage.
