Job Overview
Coordinates and supports employee training, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
Ensures training activities are planned, communicated, delivered, documented, and evaluated while supporting the Training Manager.
Training and Engagement Accountabilities
- Coordinates annual and monthly training calendars, workshops, orientations, and development activities.
- Manages venues, rooms, equipment, materials, refreshments, registrations, nominations, confirmations, cancellations, and participant communications.
- Maintains attendance records, training histories, certificates, evaluations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinates with trainers, subject matter experts, departments, and external training providers.
- Supports classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions and resolves operational delivery issues.
- Prepares reports, statistics, dashboards, and presentations covering attendance, completion, training hours, evaluations, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Tracks mandatory and compliance training completion and maintains records for audit purposes.
- Coordinates recognition activities, team-building events, awareness campaigns, workshops, surveys, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintains calendars, communications, templates, trackers, forms, checklists, and related administrative processes.
- Supports other training, development, and employee engagement duties assigned by the Training Manager.
