Purpose of the Role
Own the commercial performance of AGMC aftersales products across the network, including service packages, extension packages, warranty products, and insurance-linked offers.
Turn aftersales programs handled across multiple people into one managed revenue stream with clear ownership, targets, and monthly management visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and distribute the aftersales product lead pool and track conversion by branch, advisor, and product.
- Monitor the AGMC Service Inclusive program across branches for pricing accuracy, eligibility, staff understanding, and consistent application.
- Carry sales targets for ASI, BSI, Allianz, QBE, and DPP and report each program to management monthly.
- Design and launch new aftersales products with pricing logic, margin structure, business case, and launch plan.
- Own the AI-based packages platform rollout and operation with IT and the vendor.
- Manage product suppliers and insurance partners and execute joint campaigns with marketing.
- Coordinate warranty coverage, claims handling, product boundaries, and customer transfers with the warranty team and Pitstop 360.
- Coordinate package extension campaigns and train Service Advisors and CRM staff.
