Job Summary

  • The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing both sales and operational activities of TÜV SÜD Academy within the assigned country.
  • The role ensures smooth coordination between clients, trainers, and internal teams, while contributing to revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and efficient delivery of training programs.

Your Tasks

  • Support sales activities including lead follow up, proposal preparation, and client coordination.
  • Manage incoming enquiries and ensure timely response and conversion support.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand training requirements, schedules, and logistics.
  • Assist in pipeline tracking, quotation follow up, and reporting of sales activities.
  • Coordinate end to end training operations including scheduling, trainer allocation, venue arrangements, and participant management.
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational execution to deliver high quality training services.
  • Liaise with trainers regarding availability, materials, and session readiness.
  • Coordinate training logistics including training materials, attendance, and evaluation forms.
  • Support the execution of classroom, virtual, and e learning training programs.
  • Manage participant communication before, during, and after training sessions.
  • Support certification activities including exam coordination and certificate issuance.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/LMS systems for leads, clients, and training activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, sales support, or operations.
  • Experience in handling client communication and coordination activities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in training or service based industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage both sales support and operational coordination in a fast paced environment.
