- Coordinate end to end training operations including scheduling, trainer allocation, venue arrangements, and participant management

- Liaise with trainers regarding availability, materials, and session readiness
- Coordinate training logistics including materials, attendance, and evaluation forms
- Support execution of classroom, virtual, and e learning training programs
- Manage participant communication before, during, and after training sessions
- Support certification activities including exam coordination and certificate issuance
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/LMS systems for leads, clients, and training activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in training coordination, sales support, or operations
- Experience in handling client communication and coordination activities
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Summary
- The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing both sales and operational activities of TÜV SÜD Academy within the assigned country.
- The role ensures smooth coordination between clients, trainers, and internal teams, while contributing to revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and efficient delivery of training programs.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, sales support, or operations.
- Experience in handling client communication and coordination activities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.
- Experience in training or service based industries is an advantage.
- Ability to manage both sales support and operational coordination in a fast paced environment.
