Key Responsibilities
- Develop stakeholder maps, change-impact assessments, and adoption plans.
- Create communication calendars and readiness activities across user groups.
- Design role-based training for business users, administrators, and support teams.
- Coordinate bilingual training materials, quick guides, and recorded sessions.
- Deliver and facilitate onsite training while tracking attendance and competency.
- Measure adoption issues during pilot and hypercare and drive corrective enablement.
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong enterprise change-management and training experience.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience producing structured learning materials for digital systems.
- Ability to work onsite in the UAE.
- Strong written English; Arabic capability is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent change certification is preferred.
- Government transformation experience is preferred.
