Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the baseline plan, WBS and milestone tracker; run weekly schedule updates and variance analysis with workstream leads.
- Maintain RAID logs, action and decision logs and the dependency register; chase closure and prepare escalations.
- Prepare steering-committee and working-committee packs, weekly status reports and dashboards.
- Track deliverables through review, approval and formal acceptance; maintain sign-off records, acceptance certificates and the document register.
- Coordinate team onboarding, access provisioning, security-clearance and background-check paperwork, and offboarding/de-provisioning.
- Administer change-request tracking, release-calendar bookings and CAB submissions; support cutover and hypercare logistics (rosters, war-room, communications).
- Maintain document control, templates and the programme collaboration workspace.
Required Experience And Skills
- 5+ years of PMO or project-coordination experience on large IT, ERP or integration programmes.
- Advanced MS Project (or Planner), Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow PPM.
- Working knowledge of milestone-based acceptance, RAID management, change control and governance reporting.
- Highly organised, precise and discreet with confidential client information; strong written English.
Nice to have
- PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM or PMP.
- Experience supporting regulated or government-related clients in the UAE.
