Join the Human Resources Department as a Training and Development Specialist.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Training and Development.
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis.
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred.
Training Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and training providers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare related reports.
- Maintain training records, professional certifications, and renewal dates.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS or LMS is preferred.
