Trainer

Curriculum and Quality

• Contribute to curricula, lesson plans, simulations, assessment tools, and training materials.
• Keep content relevant to employer expectations, industry developments, and workforce priorities.
• Support audits, inspections, moderation, accreditation reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Comply with institutional requirements for safety, ethics, confidentiality, and student conduct.

Professional Responsibilities

• Model professional behavior, workplace ethics, service excellence, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with program leaders, specialist trainers, support teams, and industry partners.
• Participate in meetings, professional development, workshops, and institutional events.
• Maintain current industry knowledge and support TMI's vocational education mission.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree aligned with the candidate's primary training responsibility.
• At least five years of hands-on industry experience in a relevant service-sector environment.
• Practical experience in at least two TMI program areas or a connected multi-area operational environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Ability to conduct practical instruction, demonstrations, workplace simulations, and student coaching.
• Applicable TVTC or institutional trainer approval, or eligibility for approval.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching or training experience with students, employees, apprentices, or adult learners.
• Training-of-Trainers or another recognized teaching, training, or assessment qualification.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, wellness, food and beverage, or security operations.
• Relevant professional certifications, assessment-material development, LMS, educational technology, or simulation-training experience.
• Arabic-language ability is an advantage.
