Clinical Teaching & Supervision
Supervise and guide nursing students during clinical rotations, laboratory sessions, simulation activities, and practical training
Demonstrate safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing practices in clinical settings
Facilitate case discussions, simulation-based learning, and clinical demonstrations
Assess students’ clinical competence, skills, and professional behavior using structured evaluation tools
Provide timely, constructive, and development-focused feedback to students
Utilize educational technologies and LMS (Blackboard) to support teaching and learning
Student Support & Development
Mentor and support students in navigating academic and clinical challenges
Encourage critical thinking, patient-centered care, and professional conduct
Monitor student performance and contribute to clinical evaluations
Academic & Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in student assessment and evaluation processes
- Prepare course reports and maintain accurate academic and clinical documentation
- Submit grades, attendance records, evaluations, and reports on time
- Contribute to course development and continuous improvement initiatives
Professional Conduct & Collaboration
Adhere to institutional policies, clinical regulations, and ethical standards
