5-10 years’ experience performing maintenance on a variety of aircraft as an Aircraft Mechanic; experience on either CH149 Cormorant or C130 Hercules aircraft considered an asset
Comfortable teaching in a classroom enviroment, while demonstrating excellent communucation skills (eg, online, classroom, OJT)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel for the preperation of course material
Proven leadership skills, both in classroom and leading projects
Proven ability to deliver constructive feedback while providing support for improvement
Excellent time management and organizational skills
First Aid qualifications are considered an asset
Demonstrate a personal commitment to IMP Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies.
Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Secret Level II Security Clearance through PSPC- Contract Security Program, and Transport Canada RAIC clearance.
