About the Role
Anduril is seeking an Air Defense Trainer to deliver comprehensive technical training on CUAS systems to international military users in the Middle East. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver New Equipment Training and Train the Trainer courses, and create training collateral.

- Deliver comprehensive technical training tailored for Middle East military users at all levels
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver New Equipment Training and Train the Trainer courses for international operators and maintainers
- Lead presentations and practical application hands on instruction, to include customer sites, hazard zones, and Anduril test sites
- Design simulated training scenarios aligned to end user context and mission requirements
- Create, shape, and manage training collateral for Air Defense systems and capabilities
- Work with regional teams, curriculum developers, engineers, program managers, and subject matter experts to convert system capabilities into learning objectives
- Design training curricula across a variety of platforms, including presentations, hands on practicals, computer based training, and simulations
- Ensure instruction and training collateral remain current and updated for new features and functionality
- Manage training material repositories and supervise version control coordination
- Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team, including program teams, product development, engineering, and operations
- Serve as the voice of our customers, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and informing development of new product features
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience conducting technical training within the Middle East region for international users
- Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering technical instruction
- Ability to travel up to 50%, to include travel to Hazard Zones, for approximately 20 30 days at a time
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance

About the Job
- As an Air Defense Trainer, you will support Anduril's Air Defense Business to plan, resource, and execute technical instruction.
- You will serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril's CUAS systems, training international end users in the Middle East.
- You will also help drive adoption of our products by understanding user workflows and surfacing pain points.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience conducting technical training within the Middle East region for international users.
- Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering technical instruction.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, to include travel to Hazard Zones, for approximately 20 30 days at a time.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.

- Expertise in Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles and capabilities.
- Experience with Air Defense technology including autonomous systems, advanced C2 systems, electronic warfare.
- Experience with hands on technical deployment, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Experience or certification in testing and validation of RF systems.
- Experience explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non technical audience.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
