About the Job

  • We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager, Middle East to build, lead and improve our regional logistics function within the Middle East (ME) region.
  • This role will establish and scale a high performance ME logistics network, ensuring we can operate quickly and reliably across the region.
  • This is a high impact role responsible for end to end logistics strategy, execution, and carrier management across the broader ME region.
  • You will act as the regional owner of logistics and transportation functions, ensuring our supply chain is fast, resilient, and cost effective in support of mission critical programs.
  • This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels—designing scalable logistics solutions while also driving day to day execution with precision.

About the Team

  • Anduril's Middle East team delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Anduril's portfolio to regional customers.
  • The Middle East team delivers Anduril's core products, adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of defense and commercial customers in Middle East market.
  • As this team rapidly expands, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy.
  • Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives.
  • Partner with regional Operations and Business Line teams to coordinate logistics across various geographies.
  • Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes including over the road (LTL, FTL, etc.) air, ocean, and parcel.
  • In partnership with global logistics leadership, source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last mile providers.
  • Drive service level performance, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Build scalable processes to support rapid growth and program expansion.
  • Partner with internal compliance teams and external brokers to ensure import/export compliance.
  • Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts in collaboration with the enterprise logistics strategy and team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with Middle East experience.
  • Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment, with a strong focus on the Middle East region.
  • Experience scaling logistics in early stage or rapidly growing organizations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or high technology manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth or ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean training preferred.
