Role overview
The Technical Services Trainee will support technical activities, documentation, and process-related tasks within PDS/MMBB.
The role provides exposure to process development, scale-up support, basic engineering activities, and plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with product scale-up from laboratory scale to plant scale, including technology transfer and process safety studies.
- Support trial and validation batch execution.
- Evaluate new product processes through feasibility checks, process modifications, and basic engineering calculations.
- Coordinate projects at pilot scale and during large-scale production shifts.
- Prepare HAZOP inputs, campaign reports, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment suitability assessments, and related documentation.
