Role Overview
The HR Manager will manage end-to-end human resources operations for a plant.
The role partners with business leaders, employees, unions, contractors, and external authorities to support compliance, operational excellence, and employee experience.
Employee and Industrial Relations
- Build and maintain positive employee relations across the plant.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Foster relationships with unions and employee representatives to maintain industrial harmony.
- Support disciplinary processes, grievance redressal, and employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance and Labour Law
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, CLRA, Factories Act, and other applicable labour legislation.
