Role Overview
Implement the employee relations strategy across Piramal Pharma's manufacturing units and office locations in India.
Support a harmonious and productive workplace through investigations, compliance, employee engagement, ethical conduct, labour expertise, and trade union relations.
The role reports to the Head Employee Relations India and has no direct reports.
Employee Relations Responsibilities
- Handle grievances, investigations, disciplinary action plans, reports, stakeholder alignment, and case closure.
- Design, implement, and interpret employee relations strategies, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Standardize employment lifecycle documents across factories and offices.
- Manage ER dashboards and provide decision support on cases, compliance, and employee costs.
Compliance and Legal Coordination
- Plan and conduct internal statutory audits at manufacturing, non-manufacturing, and office locations.
- Maintain compliance with labour legislation, labour codes, Shops and Establishments requirements, and related case law.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on labour offices, PF, ESIC, labour welfare funds, inspections, and legal cases.
