Role Overview
This trainee SDR role provides a career-entry pathway into SaaS and Salesforce industry cloud sales.
The role focuses on selling automation, payroll, accounting, compliance, EOR, and corporate services solutions.
Products and Solutions
- The role covers EOR Cloud, Corporate Services Cloud, Business-Ready Salesforce, and Industry Cloud Apps.
- Industry Cloud Apps include automations, onboarding workflows, and client portals.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Create qualified opportunities for the senior sales team.
- Explain the basics of industry cloud solutions.
- Conduct initial qualification calls.
- Support demos, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
- Learn how Salesforce, EOR, and Corporate Services workflows operate.
- Build pipeline management and commercial skills.
Required Experience
- Candidates must have either software sales experience or experience in 360 contract recruitment.
- Strong ambition, energy, and communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to learn quickly and work independently.
