Role Overview
This trainee SDR role provides a career-entry pathway into enterprise AI software sales.
The role is designed for individuals moving into AI technology sales with mentorship from senior sales leaders.
Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and develop high-quality B2B leads across global markets.
- Conduct outreach through email, calls, LinkedIn, and events.
- Run qualification calls and identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- Book demos and strategy calls for senior Account Executives.
- Position DataMax AI solutions in a business-focused, value-driven way.
- Support proposal preparation, pitch decks, and account research.
- Build pipeline discipline and maintain CRM accuracy.
Experience and Requirements
- Candidates must have either B2B software sales experience at any level or experience in 360 contract recruitment.
- A university degree is not required.
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with decision-makers are required.
- Candidates should be able to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- A proactive, organised, target-driven, commercially aware, resilient, and ambitious approach is expected.
