Job Responsibilities by Role

  • Helper: Assist in store operations and housekeeping. Support stock loading, unloading, and shelf replenishment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Assist customers as required.
  • Trainee Team Member: Learn store operations and customer service procedures. Assist with billing, merchandising, and inventory management. Support daily operational activities.
  • Team Member (2 3 Years Retail Experience Required): Handle customer queries and provide excellent service. Manage billing and cash transactions. Maintain product displays and inventory. Support sales targets and store operations.
  • Assistant Store Manager (3 5 Years Retail Experience Required): Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations. Supervise and guide store staff. Monitor inventory levels and merchandising standards. Ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
  • Store Manager (5 6+ Years Retail Experience Required): Manage end to end store operations. Lead and develop store teams. Monitor sales performance, profitability, and inventory control. Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance.

Working Conditions

Eligibility

  • Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
  • Freshers can apply for Helper and Trainee Team Member positions.
  • Retail experience is mandatory for Team Member, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager roles.
  • Experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery chains, convenience stores, or organized retail preferred.
  • Good communication skills and customer centric approach.
