- Initiate corrective actions, analyze variance, schedule expenditure, and achieve financial objectives
- Maintain inventories to ensure consistent availability of services and merchandise
- Study display plans, sale promotion, and advertising towards marketing merchandise
- Deal with all complaints, queries, and other customer service issues
- Recognize future and present requirements by customers
- Establish good rapport with existing and potential customers
- Organize training, orientation, and supervise all Team members and Assistant Store Managers
- Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and follow up on results
- Educate staff about safety and sanitation procedures

- Experience in retail store management or assistant store management
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
