- Maintain inventories to ensure consistent availability of merchandise
- Deal with customer complaints, queries, and service issues
- Educate staff on safety and sanitation procedures
- Organize holidays and comp offs for store staff
- Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves
- Ensure highest hygiene standards in the property
- Conduct security checks for currency, credit cards, cheques
Requirements
- Experience in store management or retail operations
- Ability to manage inventory and stock control
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership and staff coaching abilities

Role Overview
- In absence of Store Manager, responsible for all operational requirements of the store
- Improve profit and meet sales target of VIVA store
- Oversee receiving orders and stock control
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate corrective actions, analyze variance, schedule expenditure, and achieve financial objectives
- Maintain inventories to ensure consistent availability of required services and merchandise
- Study display plans, sale promotion, and advertising towards marketing merchandise profitably
- Deal with all complaints, queries, and other customer service issues
- Recognize future and present customer requirements and establish good rapport
- Educate staff about safety and sanitation procedures
- Organize holidays and comp offs of store staff
- Discipline, counsel, and coach employees to maintain positive result generation
- Ensure all POS machines are in excellent condition
- Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves
- Ensure highest hygiene standards all the time
- Conduct security checks for currency/credit cards/cheques when required
