Trainee responsibilities
- Participate in technical training modules across electronics, mechatronics, networks, and security.
- Learn to operate, configure, and troubleshoot systems with guidance from mentors.
- Document findings, prepare reports, contribute to team discussions, and engage in professional development.
Qualifications and requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, or current final-year study, in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Interest in technology, defence, and innovation is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to learn, teamwork, and clear communication are required.
- Prior internship or technical project experience is a plus but is not required.
- English proficiency is required for all roles unless otherwise stated in the job posting.
