About the Role

LMS Administration

• Create and manage courses in an LMS.
• Enter, update, and manage training data accurately and consistently using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Enroll learners and instructors according to vocational education naming conventions.
• Archive courses after completion of delivery.
• Distribute comprehensive existing training reports as required.

Systems and Reporting Support

• Understand existing data structures for delivery systems.
• Use reports and dashboards.
• Support implementation, testing, and rollout of customised systems.

Training Delivery and Quality Assurance

• Support the vocational education team in implementing high-quality delivery content.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities as required.
• Manage records of training activities, certifications, and compliance documentation under supervision.
• Draft, send, and manage standard training-related communications using approved tools and templates.

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum bachelor's degree in multimedia, technical, or education fields is preferred.
• Five years of knowledge systems experience in education and training.
• Hands-on experience implementing learning management systems and educational technologies at scale.
• Vocational qualification as a trainer, assessor, and internal verifier, plus relevant IT or multimedia certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Supervised use of workflow systems such as SharePoint or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in learning management systems such as Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with working in a small team under demanding deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• English proficiency is required for the role.
